Whether you are a new customer about to experience our services for the first time or a returning client who trusted us in previous years, we thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Your trust makes you a valued part of our growing business.

đź§ľ Return taxpayers – Regardless of filing status:

Since you are a return client, most of your information is still with us from the previous year, some of the information is not needed, but the SSN card is still required. Please, include it every year with your tax documents.

This is what all Taxpayer/Client will have to bring to the appointment.

  1. Government-issued Photo ID (if requested or asked)*
  2. Social Security card or ITIN letter (if requested or asked)**
  3. Direct Deposit Form. If you do not have one, we make one available to you HERE**
  4. IRS letters or notices received during the year (if any)
  5. Form 1095-A (if you had Marketplace health insurance)
  6. Health insurance coverage info (if applicable) for 1095-C
  7. HSA – Health Saving Account from your work
  8. Form W-2 (for each job you have for the year)
    1. Please, include the last paid paystub for each one of the W-2 you have
  9. Form 1099-NEC, 1099-MIS, 1099-K, 1099-R, 1099-G, 1099-C, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, or 1099-SSA, etc.
  10. Form 1098-T, or 1098-M for Mortgage

More of may be needed document. If you have any other document you deem to be necessary for your tax, or you have doubt about a document as to, if you have to include it or not, please, just include it with your document. And feel free to send it with your tax documents, or separately to WhatsApp. Please, DON’T forget your CASH and/or non-cash donations to charity organization such as Goodwill and Salvation Army or any other IRS qualified organizations.

👨‍👩‍👧 Taxpayers WITH Children or Dependents which are called Head of Household – HOH Or Married Filing Jointly with Dependents or Surviving Spouse with Dependents

This section covers the three filing statuses listed above, the Head of Household, Married couple, and widower. And each filing status here must have at least a child included in the return.

All parties must provide an actual copy of their Social Security Card and a valid State or Federal Identification card. For a child who does not have an ID, the parent must provide birth certificate.

If you are a return client, please have the primary taxpayer Social Security Card sent with your document.

In addition to the list below, provide the same information from the, SINGLE, MARRIED or HOH if your circumstances meet this one here. If either you or your spouse owns a small personal business, this here applies to the one operating the small business.

If you own a business outside Schedule C:

All the income sources and expenses must be furnished on an organized manner to facilitate the process of filing a timely return at a reasonable cost. If the accounting of the business is not done, we may charge an expedited accounting fee at a minimum of $160 her hour, and minimum of ten hours will be charged in advanced, depends on the size of the business and its books.

List of MUST have items:
  1. The IRS EIN letter or the Last business tax return. (just to Form 1065)
  2. The Article of Organization or Formation.
  3. Each owner’s personal information such as.
    1. Social Security Card
    2. Identification Card
    3. Address, Email, Phone, and Occupation.

Other needed Information

  • K-1 (if already issued)
  • Ownership percentages
  • Business income & expense records
  • Payroll records (if applicable)
  • Balance sheet (if available)
🏢 S-Corporation or LLC treated as such. (Separate Business Return)
If you own a business outside Schedule C

If you own a business outside Schedule C:

Why We Request Identification & Social Security Numbers

To prepare an accurate and compliant tax return, the IRS requires us to verify the identity of every individual listed on the tax return, including the taxpayer, spouse, and any dependents.

Government-issued photo identification and Social Security numbers (or ITINs) help us:
  • Confirm identity and prevent tax fraud or identity theft.
  • Ensure the correct reporting of income, credits, and deductions
  • Verify eligibility for tax benefits such as the Child Tax Credit, Earned Income Credit, and education credits
  • Comply with IRS due-diligence and preparer compliance requirements

All information provided is kept strictly confidential and used only for tax preparation and filing purposes, in accordance with IRS regulations and data-privacy standards.

* Documents marked with an asterisk (*) are required to prepare and file your tax return if you are a new taxpayer. These items help ensure accuracy, compliance with IRS regulations, and timely processing of your return.

** Documents marked with two asterisks (**) are required for All RETURN CLIENTS.

We only share your information with the tax software company that we use to prepare the return, and if you did not pay our preparation fees up front, we will share your information with the bank that we use to collect our fees, and such bank is a pre-approved bank with the IRS and the tax software company.
